As a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Gut Health & Hormone Specialist, I bring over a decade of experience in fitness, nutrition, and mental health. With a BS in Psychology and an MA in Counseling, I help women break free from yo-yo dieting, heal their metabolism, balance hormones, and build lasting confidence.


I’ve guided 400+ women to sustainable weight loss and transformed health without restrictive diets. Having faced my own struggles with dieting and body image, I now focus on consistency, balance, and sustainable habits to empower others.


Outside of coaching, I’m an adventure-loving foodie, a West Coast Swing dancer, and CEO of Enlightened Nutrition and Fitness, where I’m dedicated to helping women take control of their health and lives.
